I chose Braulio, as he has a wonderful uplifting personality and was able to meet our needs with no hesitation. Rocket has been a wonderful lender in our 2+ years with them, and this refi was so smooth from provided docs, setting appts, everything just ran like clockwork. And with the final closing documents signing, technology so advanced, from pre signing to final signing, in the past it has been 1-2 hours, this time 15 mins…I was so impressed. I will definitely be recommending Rocket to anyone looking for a lender in the future. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have Braulio on their team!"
