"Does not listen & regardless of my needs, concerns, etc...kept repeating the same things. Simply doesn't seem to care & will say yes to many things just to get a loan done. Simply doesn't seem to care & will say yes to many things just to get a loan done. I tried for days to work with him, gave many chances over, attempting to establish some kind of connection & understanding. This is NOT an experience I'd wish for anyone. I called the company back hoping to help them help HIM so it doesn't continue."

In Charles we also found a great listener who guided us through the process, all the paperwork, showed us alternatives and options we had not thought about, all geared toward helping us understand the whys and why nots of each idea we brought to him and not stopping until we arrived at a decision that was acceptable to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Charles to anyone looking for a mortgage who goes above and beyond being just a Mortgage banker."

A home that my husband and I had wanted ...I want to start by saying that I do not usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience I had with Nadine and The entire Rocket Mortgage team. A home that my husband and I had wanted for a very long time presented itself over the Christmas and New year holidays. the seller wanted a fast, cash closing. We decided to call Rocket mortgage. Nadine had answered the phone and by the end of the day I had taken pictures of all the documents on my phone and sent them to her. We decided to take the cash out of our vacation home in NY state, where Nadine is also licensed. She had an appraiser there the in 5 days, appraisal back by 9, final paperwork was started, and settlement scheduled, all done over the holiday!! From the day I called to the day the funds were put into my account was 23 days! (Unbelievable, including weekends and holidays) The most impressive thing off all was the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved. You always get a live person that was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank You all"
