What I really ...Dawn supported me throughout the process, including the times I ran into roadblocks. Although we only spoke once over the phone, she consistently communicated with me via text. What I really appreciated about her was her commitment to the numbers she originally quoted—there wasn’t even a dime of difference from what she initially told me I would be paying. She was very detailed and clear whenever she explained something. On the flip side, there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times. However, I don’t hold that against her—it was during the holiday season, and she was clearly working through that period to get everything finalized. I understand she must have been extremely busy."
