I originally had plans to work with my local bank but wanted to see what other places could provide. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and care that Tera had. She really took the time to make sure it was right FOR ME and answered every single worry that I could think of. She delivered whenever she said she was going to do something, and quite frankly did the hand holding that I personally needed. She was able to find me the perfect program and actually ended up saving me quite a bit more on closing than I could find elsewhere. It was an easy decision to go with her and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! THANK YOU!"

Our conversation helped with the seller's the decision to take this offer over a second offer that was received on the property. When a road bump hit he quickly resolved the concern, communicated the resolution and continued staying on top of the process for an early closing.
