When I got to the area to look at houses with my realtor, the bank I was working with decided to back out due to technicalities and when I called them on it and tried to meet their secondary requirements which they thought I could not do - I had to find a different lender. I was working the VA side, was turned down because I was retiring with not enough time on active duty left. Lee and his team worked it out to buy the house I wanted, in the area I wanted. Had to go Conventional, got a great rate, closed early! Oh and by the way we were set to move already. Movers scheduled and I was able to move up the closing of our home so my family was not homeless!! In a high stress time I was reassured that things could go well. I kept up my end but being active on the site and providing all the paperwork. Lee made the magic happen! Could not have done it without him!"

I explained that I had a plan in place to get my mortgage paid off right around retirement age and that was my goal. Rony took the time to listen to what I was trying to do and was able to put me in a much better position than I thought possible! We are able to get our mortgage paid off in under 15 years, erased some lingering debt and save over $600 a month in our current budget. Rony was always available to answer any questions and listened to my concerns. He knows what he is doing and will put your needs first, highly recommend!"
