It was a tough one. My Buyers had a hard time getting approved with other lenders, so when we got the approval with Jonathan at Rocket, I knew we had to stick with him. His team did a phenomenal job of tirelessly working to get my first time buyers into their dream home before the snow started flying up here in the Rockies. Somehow, someway, they managed to miraculously keep this loan together and get my Buyers to the Closing table. I have never seen a Lender team work so hard. Jonathan and Dan Butterfield were absolutely amazing to work with. No challenge too big and they genuinely cared. Can't wait to work together again, guys.
