Garrett was asked to changed course after the first potential property fell through and he became even more determined to help us , even though we had to start all over again!! The process was extremely challenging, due to poor credit and crazy market demand , yet he never once felt we couldn’t get it done. And as we proceeded through the process there always seemed to be one new challenge after another, yet Garrett maintained his professionalism and guided us through so that the process would stay on track with the anticipated closing day. And as closing day arrived, with only I day left before closing, new hurdles presented themselves and Garrett took it upon himself to ensure that this deal was not going to fall apart. On 7-20-22 we closed, as scheduled, on my daughters first home. It cannot be understated enough how this deal would have not happened if it was not for Garrett.. please know the rocket has a very determined and always professional employee that takes the journey of home ownership very personal, no matter what circumstances present them selves. We are very grateful for the energy and commitment that Garrett brought to this process. We will be forever grateful. Thank you Garrett for the unbelievable work you were able to do."
