When I called her with questions and left a message she always got back to me promptly, even in the midst of the weather crisis in Texas. Not being very tech savvy, she was incredibly understanding and walked me through IT issues. There was an issue with a document needed to complete the refinancing process and she was a big help with that. I enjoyed working with her."

Never have I been so happy. Nick provided a few helpful tips. As soon as I have a credit score of 620, believe me - I will be calling Nick back! I tried for days to work with him, gave many chances over, attempting to establish some kind of connection & understanding. This is NOT an experience I'd wish for anyone. I called the company back hoping to help them help HIM so it doesn't continue."
