When I called her with questions and left a message she always got back to me promptly, even in the midst of the weather crisis in Texas. Not being very tech savvy, she was incredibly understanding and walked me through IT issues. There was an issue with a document needed to complete the refinancing process and she was a big help with that. I enjoyed working with her."

More than once, I suggested he give me a ...Worst experience of my life. Well, almost. Would be hard to knock the ex-husband from that slot. Talking to Justin was like talking to a used car salesman. More than once, I suggested he give me a list of what WAS required rather than NOT needed. I hung up on him and asked to be assigned to someone else. They assigned me to his boss who CLEARLY knew how to handle a loan. I was an existing customer for somewhere around 10 years. I can only imagine what they put NEW customers through. In the past, I have recommended Rocket. NEVER AGAIN!"
