We had multiple lenders requested and Farzana was one step ahead every time . Buying a property is very stressful but Farzana went above and beyond. When she said “I will contact you in 30minutes” SHE DID. The transparency and her professionalism was something new to me. She wanted us as Rocket Mortgage customers and once she got a grip on us she never let go. Constant updates,timely mannered and saved us money when it was time to put down the Cash To Close. As much as I appreciate the entire Rocket Mortgage team and their dedication to customers, Farzana made it happen. She was the anchor in this transaction and I will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage again. You have made our entire family happy and we thank you !"
