The whole process was fast and efficient. Brad and his team had a great line of communication, letting us know what was needed from us and all the next steps. They kept us updated and checked in on us at all stages in the process. Everything went smoothly. I could feel that he genuinely cared about us and shared in our excitement of getting the new house. I would 100% percent recommend him to anyone I know looking for a mortgage lender. "

Our home loan was transferred from Mr. Cooper to Rocket Mortgage and we received an email from Brendon welcoming us and offered to help us with our loan needs! So I took a shot, and I truly am glad that I did! From first point of contact he was professional, very responsive, and went over a few options of refinancing to pay off some debt and do some home additions that we have been wanting to upgrade! Never once did he make me feel pressured or like I was just another number to a loan. He let us decide what was best and reassured us it was okay if we did or did not choose to refinance! His emails were professional, responsive, informative and he kept in contact from start to finish and made this refinance quick, easy and painless! He walked us through the whole process, and the app made it very easy to see our status updates and upload paperwork as it was needed! I highly recommend Brendon S.
