I feel like customer service was lacking after first talk to get me to refinance it was all over he didn't stay in contact fir questions always in a meeting or never called me back and then pushed me off to another person."

They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. Since my tax info is public information and anyone access it, I was concerned this might be a scammers, but the Rocket team called me from a verified number and confirmed THEIR identity so I knew that the guy who was calling was legit. Easy to work with and efficient! A+"
