But Alex was the main reason we stayed with Rocket for our mortgage loan. He was extremely helpful explaining our mortgage options, in particular the recasting option, which we will definitely use in the future. Nice guy, very professional, and always pleasant to chat with. Well done, Alex!"

They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. Since my tax info is public information and anyone access it, I was concerned this might be a scammers, but the Rocket team called me from a verified number and confirmed THEIR identity so I knew that the guy who was calling was legit. Easy to work with and efficient! A+"

To our great surprise, the customer service was outstanding, particularly when compared to your too-big-to-fail banks like Chase and BOA. One of the shining stars during our home purchase was Trenton L. He was not only quick to respond, but also corresponded at nights and on weekends. Trenton worked tirelessly to secure us an incredible mortgage rate and terms. To our benefit and surprise, this young man was extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. By far, Trenton was also one of the most personable and down-to-earth professionals with whom we had the pleasure to work. He is a major reason we chose to execute our mortgage with Rocket. Trenton is the primary factor why we will consider Rocket Mortgage for future transactions as well. Rest assured, we will be asking for Trenton specifically in these future transactions too. I chose Braulio, as he has a wonderful uplifting personality and was able to meet our needs with no hesitation. Rocket has been a wonderful lender in our 2+ years with them, and this refi was so smooth from provided docs, setting appts, everything just ran like clockwork. And with the final closing documents signing, technology so advanced, from pre signing to final signing, in the past it has been 1-2 hours, this time 15 mins…I was so impressed. I will definitely be recommending Rocket to anyone looking for a lender in the future. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have Braulio on their team!"

The only thing that needs improving, and it's not Eric's fault, is a more electronic way of paying off your creditors instead of mailing paper checks. The mail service is unbelievably slow."

When there was a huge negative change, he was very gentle in explaining the reason. There were therefore no surprises at Closing."
