When she said “I will contact you in 30minutes” SHE DID. The transparency and her professionalism was something new to me. She wanted us as Rocket Mortgage customers and once she got a grip on us she never let go. Constant updates,timely mannered and saved us money when it was time to put down the Cash To Close. As much as I appreciate the entire Rocket Mortgage team and their dedication to customers, Farzana made it happen.
