When my loan was approved and the closing docs came in, I realized I wanted a more cash back at close. Jimmy was able to get that done for me, and all of the new closing docs were approved and uploaded the same day!"

What I really appreciated about her was her commitment to the numbers she originally quoted—there wasn’t even a dime of difference from what she initially told me I would be paying. She was very detailed and clear whenever she explained something. On the flip side, there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times. However, I don’t hold that against her—it was during the holiday season, and she was clearly working through that period to get everything finalized. I understand she must have been extremely busy."
