The most awkward part was our closer who arrived 45 minutes late, rushed us through the signing of the numerous pages ...Alia was very professional and helpful. We felt we had a human contact all along. The most awkward part was our closer who arrived 45 minutes late, rushed us through the signing of the numerous pages and then Rocket sent us 4 checks for us to send to creditors that caused us credits! We won't recommend Rocket to anyone due to that."
