When I called the line of Rocket Mortgage on 9/27/2024, I was desperate. I had minimum expectations and hope in finding a solution to my case. I had been doing research and calling different places without a positive outcome. I never felt safe with different associates answering the phone. I was extremely lucky that Maria answered the phone. In less than ten minutes, she changed my way of thinking. I was apprehensive to the idea of refinance my house. She listened to my situation with details and was very honest to explain me that it was basically my only solution. And it was the best in my case. "I cannot even begin to express how much my wife and I truly appreciate Jessica and the work she did for us! She hung in there through an ugly private sale that ultimately caved in ( the house ...I cannot even begin to express how much my wife and I truly appreciate Jessica and the work she did for us! She hung in there through an ugly private sale that ultimately caved in ( the house foundation literally caved in and the sellers didn't want to fix). What at times looked near hopeless, she stayed resilient, stuck with us and now we are owners of the most beautiful house that has been completely remodeled. Jessica guided us throughout the process and made getting a mortgage so easy! She made sure we were in a place to get the best possible terms and went above and beyond at all times. Every new transaction has to start somewhere and normally it's with a simple phone call. When I got off the phone with Keilly after our initial call to discuss our clients home buying goals, I immediately told my buyer he will be working with the A Team! Keilly was extremely diligent and proactive throughout every aspect of the transaction, all the while provided continued knowledge and comfort to our client. We had a couple of major hiccups in the process that would cause a whole transaction to crash and burn, but not with Keilly at the wheel. She stuck in there, worked seamlessly with me and got our client to the closing table for his very first home. Communication is key for success in this industry and Keilly is a locksmith!! I look forward to any and every opportunity available to be able to work with a true professional like Keilly in the future."
