Chris was every bit as knowledgeable, responsive and helpful as I remembered. Not once did I feel like my loan was not getting his full attention. He stayed on top of everything and was always available to answer the few questions I did have during the process. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough."

He walked me through every little detail. I had days where I was so frustrated and he was there to help me recover. I can’t praise his expertise enough. Some days he just called to check on me and to me that spoke volumes to me that he actually cared about me, even though I knew I was not his only client. Rocket Mortgage is soooo lucky to have a person of this caliber working for them. My plan is also to thank him with a personal email for assisting me and being there for it all….beginning to end. I am not sure who will be reading this rating for Timothy McMahon, but I sincerely hope you are paying him what he is worth. He puts the “Rock” in Rocket. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write my experience with Tim. Trust me….if you get Tim as your mortgage representative with Rocket Mortgage, you will truly be in good hands!"
