But Elisa reached out to me out of no where and I took that as sign from God to go with this company and I'm so happy I did. Great customer service and people skills (as my dad would say). Very professional and caring and in today's world that's so important to have. She was with me throughout this entire process even when she turned me over to the closing team. Frank's team delivered both at an exceptional level. With Frank's team we secured our second home purchase, our first being in the Bay Area with a different officer, and this time around by far was the smoothest, quickest turnaround. My husband and I like to act quick, and Frank and his team managed to somehow exceed it. Special shout out to Summer for being an absolute powerhouse. She felt like the captain of the team, making sure we knew what to do, when to do it and where, checking in when items needed movement and made sure every piece was rolling. Her drive and persistence to get everything done is what helped us close within a VERY short escrow period. Without her, this wouldn't have happened at the pace it did. Alongside Summer, Frank made sure we were set up to succeed, helped point out potential speed bumps in underwriting and made sure we were equipped and prepared to act quick if those speed bumps did occur. We felt extremely looked after and really lucky to have been connected with Frank and his team, and highly recommend working with them if you want to be ahead of those you may be competing with in the market, and are looking for a solid team that can actually get things done. Frank and his team operate at a level of speed, coordination, and execution that's hard to find and it made all the difference. Huge thank you."
