The process...I applied for a home equity loan through Rocket Mortgage and was contacted immediately by Connor Goetz. Conner was polite,thorough and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The process was not without some issues. At one point there was a problem with debt to income ratio that I felt was not correct. Conner went through the debts owed line by line and we found that under writing had used a much higher monthly payment on one item than the actual payment. He facilitated the correction and we were able to obtain the loan we were looking for. All in all, my dealings with Conner were enjoyable and professional. I would refer anybody looking for a home loan to contact Connor goetz. Sincerely Scott White."
