He took the time to review all the options available to restructure my original loan, and went through all the details with me, even sending me my new amortization schedule while we were on the call. I just.l closed the new loan a few days ago, and George helped me to reduce my mortgage from 30 to 27 years, reduced my monthly payment and significantly lowered my interest rate.
