To our great surprise, the customer service was outstanding, particularly when compared to your too-big-to-fail banks like Chase and BOA. One of the shining stars during our home purchase was Trenton L. He was not only quick to respond, but also corresponded at nights and on weekends. Trenton worked tirelessly to secure us an incredible mortgage rate and terms. To our benefit and surprise, this young man was extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. By far, Trenton was also one of the most personable and down-to-earth professionals with whom we had the pleasure to work. He is a major reason we chose to execute our mortgage with Rocket. Trenton is the primary factor why we will consider Rocket Mortgage for future transactions as well. Rest assured, we will be asking for Trenton specifically in these future transactions too.
