Buying a home and navigating financing can be stressful, especially with so many moving parts, but Ben has done a great job explaining everything clearly and making the process feel much more manageable. What stood out most to me was his professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer questions thoroughly without making anything feel rushed or confusing. It’s obvious he knows the mortgage industry very well and actually cares about helping his clients make informed decisions. The most awkward part was our closer who arrived 45 minutes late, rushed us through the signing of the numerous pages and then Rocket sent us 4 checks for us to send to creditors that caused us credits! We won't recommend Rocket to anyone due to that."

She called me and we setup ...Was thinking of refinancing the middle of 2025 and was hoping for a government reduction in interest rate. Talked to Amy and asked her to contact me in mid-November. She called me and we setup another time to talk on the phone. My initial request was to do a refinance and pay off our 2nd mortgage Home Equity Loan. She looked at all our liabilities and suggested a larger loan to pay off the top 10 creditors. I looked at the additional mortgage increase to do this and found it to be less than $1000 more than the current mortgage. This was far less if we continued to pay the creditors monthly along with their high interest. This was not my first time to refinance and it was our 4th or fifth time to use Rocket. This by far was the fastest from initial contact to closing was less than a month. Very happy and always glad to talk to a person about our strategies and plans. Russ"
