When I called the line of Rocket Mortgage on 9/27/2024, I was desperate. I had minimum expectations and hope in finding a solution to my case. I had been doing research and calling different places without a positive outcome. I never felt safe with different associates answering the phone. I was extremely lucky that Maria answered the phone. In less than ten minutes, she changed my way of thinking. I was apprehensive to the idea of refinance my house. She listened to my situation with details and was very honest to explain me that it was basically my only solution. And it was the best in my case. I trusted her and then I started experiencing her dedication and commitment in my case. Her contribution has played a pivotal role in our family, health, and finances. "I would suggest, that in the future. If there is a debt that will be paid from the proceeds, that it should be sent directly from Amrock Financial as in the past. I am still experiencing a problem with the creditor(Synchrony Bank). The check was sent via UPS Overnight on the 2nd of August and the bank said they have not received the check. I was notified by UPS that the check was delivered on the 5th of August, and the person who signed for the check. I have correspondence from the bank saying it could take up to 90 days for verification. Not good business in my opinion! ,"
