Bryan and his team worked very hard to answer my million questions, keep me updated on statuses, and processing all the documents in a very timely fashion. We closed in less than 30 days! At one point Bryan even called me late on a Saturday evening to get paperwork done as that time was most convenient for me. You could tell he genuinely cared and was genuinely excited for my family. Frank was incredibly helpful and available any time I had questions. My refinance process started when I was overseas and despite the 8 hr time difference, I had no problems communicating with Frank to assure everything was done correctly and on time. I closed in the amazingly short time of 5 weeks during the Thanksgiving holiday. I wish everyone cared about their clients as Frank cares. Thank you for an amazing experience!"
