From the very beginning, Penny was a consummate professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the mortgage process, patiently answering all of my questions, no matter how small. Her communication was proactive and crystal clear, so I always knew exactly where we stood and what was needed from me. What truly set Penny apart was her dedication to making this a smooth and stress-free process. She was always available, returned calls and emails with lightning speed, and went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time without any hitches. "I applied for a home equity loan through Rocket Mortgage and was contacted immediately by Connor Goetz. Conner was polite,thorough and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The process...I applied for a home equity loan through Rocket Mortgage and was contacted immediately by Connor Goetz. Conner was polite,thorough and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The process was not without some issues. At one point there was a problem with debt to income ratio that I felt was not correct. Conner went through the debts owed line by line and we found that under writing had used a much higher monthly payment on one item than the actual payment. He facilitated the correction and we were able to obtain the loan we were looking for. All in all, my dealings with Conner were enjoyable and professional. I would refer anybody looking for a home loan to contact Connor goetz. Sincerely Scott White."
