Frank was incredibly helpful and available any time I had questions. My refinance process started when I was overseas and despite the 8 hr time difference, I had no problems communicating with Frank to assure everything was done correctly and on time. I closed in the amazingly short time of 5 weeks during the Thanksgiving holiday. I wish everyone cared about their clients as Frank cares. Thank you for an amazing experience!"
