She took the time to explain all my options, answered every question I had (no matter how small), and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was handled promptly. What really impressed me was how proactive she was — she anticipated potential issues and had solutions ready before they even became problems. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, I was able to secure approval for my mortgage without any last-minute surprises.
