Normally when our clients do this, the lending process never runs smoothly., Very little communication with the loan officer and it never closes on time and sometimes not at all. Not this time though!!! He was always there and even after hours he would answer our emails and return our calls and texts. The loan even closed early! The interest rates were very competitive even in this crazy market. Job Well Done Alexander!!!"

We...My husband and I have been married for 46 years and have experienced multiple moves, mortgages, refinances, etc. Initially, I was hesitant to use a company outside of our banks and/or credit union. We began a refinance process with Rocket Mortgage and CLOSED only 3 weeks later! Amazing! The main reason for such a smooth, expedited refinance process was due to our incredible banker Jace! We was so clear, efficient, patient, professional and knowledgeable that we sailed through to closing from start to finish in 3 short weeks. We have NEVER had a real estate transaction process this quickly. Jace was a ROCKSTAR banker. If we need mortgage services in the future, we will definitely come back to Jace and Rocket Mortgage! Thanks to Jace, we are two VERY happy customers (and will be repeat customers if needed in the future!)."
