Kim was super proactive and always looking out for me (her client) throughout the home buying process. She recognized that one of the best ways to strengthen my offer/bid on the home was through having a fast close. She guaranteed a 14 day close when industry standard is 21 days and actually delivered- closing in just 8 days! She is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively removing any potential issues upfront. She is also a very good project manager ensuring everyone involved with the home buying is keeping things moving towards a successful outcome. She is proactive in checking for the best offers you can get for your financial situation and in my case she was able to get the best rates and terms than even a big bank can offer in this competitive market. If you’re going to choose Rocket Mortgage then I would recommend you to seek Kim as your primary loan officer to get truly the best experience."

I hadn't thought of a refi for that purpose, but it made perfect sense. As a result, we will save thousands of dollars in interest."
