He provided with step by step information how the various steps we would be taking and then helped accomplish each of them. Because I can be challenged when it comes to technology, he made it easy for me to understand how to scan my documents and made sure I understood how to send them back. I ended up chatting with Matthew a number of times and appreciate his patience, thoughtfulness and kindness in guiding me through the process. He's listed as a Senior Banker but I could sure call him a friend."
