The first two lenders I approached gave me outrageous figures and mortgage agreements, but Silvana just asked me to make a list of my mortgage "musts" and made it a reality! She was extremely helpful and immediately put me at ease during the process. I could trust that she would handle everything in a timely and professional manner while keeping me updated on everything. No question was too small or silly—she was always willing to take my calls and answer my text messages within minutes of receiving them."
