The first two lenders I approached gave me outrageous figures and mortgage agreements, but Silvana just asked me to make a list of my mortgage "musts" and made it a reality! She was extremely helpful and immediately put me at ease during the process. I could trust that she would handle everything in a timely and professional manner while keeping me updated on everything.
