We went thru the refi first. As it was going thru the process I asked Justin if I could get a home equity estimate instead of the refi and he was able to get me those figures so I could make an informed decision, which I did. I’m very satisfied with being able to call Justin and get some results. He always said I’ll check it out and get back to you. And he did. I’m so satisfied!"

He was patient, answered all our questions, and was very upfront with us about costs and the options we had. He even went the extra mile to adjust our final closing disclosure himself to reflect how we wanted to pay the closing costs. We couldn't be happier to be back with Rocket and are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with Joel. I have already recommended him to a good friend looking to refi out in El Paso!"

I highly recommend Genesis to anyone seeking financing for a property purchase. Rocket’s requirements are very stringent with requirements for “tons” of documentation! Genesis got me through all that with hard work and determination. She’s a very good listener as well. Rocket’s best asset is not miner, it’s their people. Genesis is a very fine example."
