He also helped when there were possible hold ups. Derek is very knowledgeable and resourceful, whick helped much considering we were in a time crunch to find a house due to us moving 4 states away. He checked in even after we were no longer under his care. I appreciate that! We were beyond lucky to have him!"

Rocket Mortgage called to do a follow up on a previous call I had made to inquiry on starting my journey on being a home owner. After speaking with the rep and asking several questions about the process, a gentleman by the name of Anthony Deneau joined the call to put my doubts at ease. Leah did a great job and Anthony which I believe was the Director of Illinois loans out of the Michigan office just had more experience answering questions. This man stood on the phone for 3 hrs and 19 minutes to answer all my questions. Now as a previous Sales Manager, I understand that numbers are numbers and in this market they can be quite shocking at times. But when you show a commitment to the customer that says I am here to help and make sure you feel comfortable with the process. I not only had direct access to Anthony, he was able to put my wife and I at ease. Now I had a very high credit score and appreciated being handled with patience and understanding. The moral of my credit to Anthony is that cause of his actions, I was loyal to him. He was able to do things for me that where shocking. My cost to close was one of the lowest from those that know Mortgages. And he was able to give me several credits and I qualified for other free money that made me go with Rocket. I had a lower rate and monthly mortgage from another bank. But when they saw what Anthony was able to do and how much Rocket was able to credit and pay for several fees, they told me to stick with Anthony cause although my mortgage and rate was lower, they said that I'm saving more with Anthony cause of the amount of closing cost that they were covering was more than the bank could match. And the less than $100 a month mortgage difference wasn't enough to switch lenders. When I refinance the cost I saved by going with Anthony Deneau was the right decision. He isn't were he is cause he doesn't care, it's quite the opposite. He cares enough to make sure you feel comfortable. Date of experience: April 04, 2024"
