He meticulously listens to your needs and desires when the consumer speaks. His level of comprehension had me awe struck, but his ability to verbally transcribe the obstacles, possibilities, and law/regulations in lament terms vocally were astounding. He is straight forward and upfront about your situation, be it credit, income, or whatever. When all others said no, he figured it out. He plays the long game. If you don't qualify today and months later things change, you will get a call, email, or text somewhere down the line. Yes even months later. My family and I will he forever greatful. My teenage son passed away from cancer and it devastated our lives in so many ways. Alex allowed us to stay in our home, payoff all our debts and become financially liquid. No foreclosure and monies left in our pockets to live comfortably, as long as we live with constraint and discipline by living within our means realistically. Thank you Alex. You were a vessel that God worked through for our good. You are forever family. Greg and Lisa"

"I called and spoke with Roberto and he was not pushy at all he explained everything in detail and also it felt like he was a friend looking out for us we had good conversations during the process and ...I called and spoke with Roberto and he was not pushy at all he explained everything in detail and also it felt like he was a friend looking out for us we had good conversations during the process and everything went quick and easy I did have him to redo the numbers but other than that I've never had a closing on a refi go so easy I thought it was going to be very complicated and it wasn't I pre-signed everything the day of in the morning and in the afternoon we closed and it took under 30 minutes and it was just easy I would recommend rocket mortgage to anybody that wants to buy their first home or refinance thanks for making our life a lot easier Michael and Alicia Nantze"
