We thought we had ...I had the pleasure to meet Steven back in 2021 when my wife and I began our home search. He did our very first pre-approval, and how he presented the entire process was first class! We thought we had settled on a "Forever Home" in March of 2022, however it was not meant to be. We took a break from looking, however due to our experience with Steven we would definitely reach out to him when we were ready again. April 2023 we found our home! Steven got us Pre-approved with Rocket Mortgage, along with the approval and our bid, our offer was accepted. We were on our way to securing our mortgage and closing on our new Home! Steve led us every step of the away. Explaining the process, the costs, even saving us some money along the way. He was instrumental in scheduling our appraisal and making sure we had everything in place that would ensure a smooth and successful Closing! As I sit here typing up this review in my home, that we Closed on in moved into almost a week ago. To find, secure, Close, and move into a new home in less than a Month. Thank you Steven - 5 Stars you have earned!"

She answered every question until I was satisfied. Heather walked me through the entire process. At one point, I was changed to a different person in the process and I only wanted to work with Heather. Her supervisor worked it out and I had Heather again. That says a lot of her character. I enjoyed working with her and she made from the application through closing so easy."
