Lucky for me that Joe Hubbard answered. His knowledge of the subject was fantastic, and he walked me through the program in less than a half hour. After getting all the information from me, he gave me an estimate of what tha cost would be and a possible timeline. His professionalism started the ball rolling. Within 10 days I had a closing date of March 24th. That's 15 days, start to finish. I hope that Rocket is blessed with more agents as thorough as Mr. Hubbard."
