Everything went as scheduled as far as task and signing closing. We had a little trouble with some of the documents sending and she sent a Notary right to our home to complete the paperwork. Very pleased with the process."

At the closing, we ...Ali was attentive and patient during the beginning of our loan process. We had to make a down payment change and he became annoyed and did not communicate changes to our loan. At the closing, we learned we were charged 15k for a rate buy down Ali never told us about. We have an over 800 credit rating so this was preposterous. Ali should be reprimanded for failing to be transparent."
