From the very beginning, Penny was a consummate professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the mortgage process, patiently answering all of my questions, no matter how small. Her communication was proactive and crystal clear, so I always knew exactly where we stood and what was needed from me. What truly set Penny apart was her dedication to making this a smooth and stress-free process. She was always available, returned calls and emails with lightning speed, and went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time without any hitches.
