He told me I could call him with questions even after I was passed on to the next stage. My loan was approved and we closed on it in just a matter of a few weeks and that was mainly due to getting the appraisal."

We've had a very time-constrained sale and purchase that had to occur at the same day, and Beth and the team took care of everything from start to finish, to ensure that we were able to close in time and without any problems. Beth answered all the questions we've had, explained and recommended a much better loan option that we originally selected ourselves, and overall ensured that everything went as smooth as possible. Would not hesitate to use Rocket and Beth in particular any time in the future and will recommend both to everyone!"

I had alot of unique situations that he was able to help me navigate and overcome. He was super responsive throughout the whole process and if he didn’t have an answer to a question he was able to get me one right away. Helped me get into my first home and streamlined the process."

He answered all my questions patiently and compassionately. I really felt totally cared about and was not expecting such a personal touch and complete attention.
