He told me I could call him with questions even after I was passed on to the next stage. My loan was approved and we closed on it in just a matter of a few weeks and that was mainly due to getting the appraisal."

The only thing that needs improving, and it's not Eric's fault, is a more electronic way of paying off your creditors instead of mailing paper checks. The mail service is unbelievably slow."
