The only thing that needs improving, and it's not Eric's fault, is a more electronic way of paying off your creditors instead of mailing paper checks. The mail service is unbelievably slow."

Beth answered all the questions we've had, explained and recommended a much better loan option that we originally selected ourselves, and overall ensured that everything went as smooth as possible. Would not hesitate to use Rocket and Beth in particular any time in the future and will recommend both to everyone!"

He walked me through every little detail. I had days where I was so frustrated and he was there to help me recover. I can’t praise his expertise enough. Some days he just called to check on me and to me that spoke volumes to me that he actually cared about me, even though I knew I was not his only client. Rocket Mortgage is soooo lucky to have a person of this caliber working for them. My plan is also to thank him with a personal email for assisting me and being there for it all….beginning to end. I am not sure who will be reading this rating for Timothy McMahon, but I sincerely hope you are paying him what he is worth. He puts the “Rock” in Rocket. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write my experience with Tim. Trust me….if you get Tim as your mortgage representative with Rocket Mortgage, you will truly be in good hands!"
