Any time I had a question or concern, he took his time to explain it and if he wasn't sure, he'd research it and get back in touch with me. He was very patient as I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer (but I'm not a spoon either) and sometimes didn't understand quite what he was saying. I could question him about it and he'd take his time to make sure I knew what was going on. Not much else to say except I think Cameron works too much and needs to take a break sometimes. Y'all should send him on a nice cruise with all of the fees you collected on my refinance."

But after confirming they were a ...Andrew was amazing. I was skeptical. I did a lot of research before contacting Rocket (I didn’t quite believe they were legit- so many things are scams nowadays). But after confirming they were a legitimate and major lending company, I filled out a form online to refinance and was graced with Andrew as my agent. My experience was exceptional. Andrew communicated extremely well, was very quick to answer any random questions (even after hours) and had detailed knowledge of the entire process. I actually was sad when I went to closing that Andrew wasn’t my “closer”. (Also five stars for that process though!) Thank you, Andrew, for making my refinance a breeze and guiding me through what I thought would be a stressful process. The entire Rocket Mortgage experience was a breeze and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mortgage, refinance or equity loan.
