We had dealt with Rocket on 2 other occasions with this and it seemed to be a lot easier, my wife had me check to see if she was a scammer and not with the company. This could have been a better experience and it seemed she was working more for the company then us."

He answered calls on days off and late evenings when I had concerns with anything.
