He called immediately upon submitting a pre approval request and from there he was on top of it answering any questions and reassuring us through the entire process. While there were always questions and nerves, we got approved much quicker than average and overall it was a very painless experience which I hear otherwise from basically everyone. If we get a new home in the future I hope to have Austins help and if anyone will be looking to purchase I will recommend him."

What I really appreciated about her was her commitment to the numbers she originally quoted—there wasn’t even a dime of difference from what she initially told me I would be paying. She was very detailed and clear whenever she explained something. On the flip side, there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times. However, I don’t hold that against her—it was during the holiday season, and she was clearly working through that period to get everything finalized. I understand she must have been extremely busy."
