Refinancing is really really hard to do. Finding a trusting person as well is very very hard to do. However in rocket mortgage I found this Incredible magnificent guy, that the best part that he did was “ Listen to my NEEDS!!”. Most of the time that we have Refinance people that we have work with they just give us their opinion and they do with us however they like so we could at the end Refinance and making business for them. With that being said this time it was different this guy listen to my needs in my family needs and that God accomplish!🙏🏽. And to find somebody like that never out of 10 maybe one would listen and it’s very hard. Before him I started with another guy by the name of Kevin, in rocket mortgage. The only thing I could say was terrible!!, terrible communication. And Aracely this guy “ Bassel Hamdan”, from rocket mortgage ask for opportunity and gave me his word of holding my hand and to the end of the process. Something very hard to do because from the same company I was disgusted by the first representative. However I am double liking his words and the way he communicate it, and that made me trust him. In every day they were something of him that he was doing that show me that what he mean it who he is how he works, he was the right person. I will have them present all my life when I want to refinance I only going to refinance with him as the only thing I could say. He was fantastic be on fantastic I can’t find a Work right now to Splaine my whole process with him in the way he treat me and my husband that means a lot to us. Yes I do have kids and everything went well so that means that he helped my whole family and that I will never forget. If a boss or somebody from rocket mortgage is reading this you should value a staff like that a lot !! I will give them an award he deserve it. If another lender people that is trying to refinance read this I hope you really refinance with this person “ Bassel Hamdan”. Why?… Because he’s gonna listen and that’s the number one key refinancing listen to the customer to achieve their needs. And this guy did more than that what he promised he accomplish it for me and my whole family. Last thing I just wanna say is “ God bless him, what a Lotta other customer Cause he deserve to be recognize!! Again thank you, thank you so much “ Bassel Hamdan” Simply the best rocket mortgage. “ Bassel Hamdan!!”🥇🏆"
