When I encountered an issue with uploading documents or having incorrect documents listed - he helped resolve the problem quickly. He had said at the beginning of my application that the process will move and close fast. It did, and it was a pleasant experience compared to other lenders that I've tried to work with on a home equity loan. Very happy that I had the opportunity to work with Marion/Rocket Mortgage to get this refinance done and reduce the term of the mortgage."
