"Ali was attentive and patient during the beginning of our loan process. We had to make a down payment change and he became annoyed and did not communicate changes to our loan. At the closing, we ...Ali was attentive and patient during the beginning of our loan process. We had to make a down payment change and he became annoyed and did not communicate changes to our loan. At the closing, we learned we were charged 15k for a rate buy down Ali never told us about. We have an over 800 credit rating so this was preposterous. Ali should be reprimanded for failing to be transparent."
