This mortgage took considerably longer than others, not sure why, but we are happily done now, cash has been used for my outstanding CCs but I still need to find to whom the check goes for the major pay off this was all for -- surprise you did not do this yourself instead of sending their check thru me -- I'll mail it as soon as I find where it goes. I was happy that I was able to close on June 24th rather than July 8th, 2026. I very much appreciate the guidance especially with the E-signing, uploading and the pre-signing of those many documents that comprise the the loan package. By the way the "Chat" (assistant) was also helpful."
